Smart Trend Club (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an email outreach and campaign management application that uses the Gmail API on behalf of authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Who We Are

Smart Trend Club is an internal email automation tool. It is not available for public registration; access is limited to individual users who explicitly connect their own Google Account through Google’s OAuth consent process.

2. Information We Access

When you authorize Smart Trend Club to connect to your Gmail account, we request access to the following Google API scopes only:

We do not request, and will never request, permissions beyond what is needed to operate these two features.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send outreach and follow-up emails that you have created and scheduled through the application.
• To scan for reply messages solely to determine whether a follow-up sequence should be paused.
• To display campaign status and reply activity back to you inside the application.

We do not use your Gmail data for advertising, profiling, market research, or to train generalized AI/ML models. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

Google user data obtained through the Gmail API is not shared with any third party, except:

• When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
• To protect the security of our systems or investigate abuse.
• With your explicit, informed consent for a purpose not described here.

5. Human Access to Data

Automated systems process your email data to detect replies and manage sending. Human access to your Gmail content is limited strictly to what is necessary to investigate a security issue, a bug, or a support request that you have initiated, or as required by law.

6. Data Storage & Security

Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Gmail data only for as long as necessary to provide the outreach and reply-tracking features described above. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

8. Revoking Access

You can revoke Smart Trend Club’s access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account Security settings. Revoking access immediately stops all further use of the Gmail scopes listed above.

9. Children’s Privacy

Smart Trend Club is not directed at children under the age of 13 and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Smart Trend Club’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
